Active Threat Response & Emergency Management for Complex Hospital-Centered System Healthcare Settings
We specialize in the design, development, and execution of fully compliant Homeland Security Exercise and Evaluation Program (HSEEP) active threat response training for complex Hospital-Centered Healthcare System Settings. Our programs are engineered specifically for high-complexity, Tier-1 clinical and non-clinical Hospital-Centered Healthcare System environments. We deliver specialized active-threat program design and live tactical exercises tailored exclusively for operational Federal Healthcare Systems (FHS) and clinical personnel. By utilizing fully certified HSEEP workflows, custom after-action reporting (AAR/IP), and seamless multi-wing emergency response integration engineered for active medical campuses, we ensure maximum readiness with zero disruption to the facility’s vital patient-care mission.
Our Core Tactical & Advisory Competencies Include:

1 Day Corse: The active Shooter/Threat Response course is intended to provide first responders with the tools necessary to respond to an active threat incident. This course is geared towards providing responders with the understanding on the priorities of response and the difference between an active shooter vs. a barricaded subject. (Second Day live exercise available upon request)

1 Day Course: This course is geared to aiding law enforcement professionals get a better understanding on Use of Force with an emphasis on post force documentation and help them with the review process and the importance of proper documentation.

3 Day Course: This course will help aspiring firearms instructors prepare for certification as a firearms instructor and help them get through the initial firearms qualification commonly associated with instruction certification. This course also covers shooter evaluation to aid in assisting shooter pass their qualification requirements.

3-4 Hour Course - This is an awareness level course to provide civilian employees and community members with insight on what to expect from responders during an active shooter/threat event. It provides students with options and real-world solutions as to what to do when the police arrive. Additionally, students will be provided with basic life saving techniques in the event they are injured during the incident. NOTE: This course is consistent with VHA VACO and DHS employee training requirements.

1 Day Course: This course is geared for civilians who carry firearms for personal defense to get a better understanding on Use of Force with an emphasis on post force interviewing and help them understand the investigative process in a defensive incident.

1 Day Course: This course is designed to help new and seasoned shooters gain a better understanding on the fundamentals of marksmanship and firearms safety. Getting back to basics can help those of us who carry a firearm on day to day become more efficient and proficient with their tools while reducing personal liability to ensure the survival of those we're trying to protect. This is a semi-private closed training session where event coordinators can plan and facilitate a training event for the

1 Day Course: This course provides medical center staff with the necessary survival tools to plan for, prevent and recover from the tragity of an active threat evenalthcare facilities present a unique operational challenge during a crisis, requiring emergency protocols that protect vulnerable populations without disrupting critical patient care. This specialized, HSEEP-compliant program is engineered specifically for high-complexity, Tier-1 Hospital-Based Medical Center healthcare environments.

4 Hour Course: This course is designed to walk people through the possible psychological effects a person experiencing major trauma may be going through and the signs of possible suicidal ideations. The hope is to educate as many people as possible on recognizing the signs and to empower them to help someone in need.

2-3 Hour Course: This course is designed to walk people through the available steps to saving a life. In just 3-5 minutes, you can save a life. Here we teach students in the use of tourniquets, wound packing and other methods such as the use of Chest Seals and compression bandages. You can make a difference in someone's life.
